Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ADOPE DESIGN STUDIO (“ADOPE”) handles personal information on www.ridaha.com, in line with Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Why your information is used
Information you send through the contact form, email, phone or KakaoTalk is used only to receive your project inquiry, reply to it, and discuss quotes and schedules.
Because you are asking for a consultation before any contract, this information is handled without a separate consent step, only as far as needed to respond (Article 15(1)4 of the Act). If the purpose ever changes, you will be told in advance and asked for consent where required.
2. What is collected

Without the required fields, the form can’t be sent. Optional fields can be left blank. If you contact ADOPE directly by email, phone or KakaoTalk Open Chat, your contact details and messages are used for the same purpose.
3. How long it is kept
Contact form entries are kept in Formspree for up to 30 days. Inquiries in the mailbox are kept for one year after the reply and consultation are finished, then deleted. If an inquiry leads to a contract, related records are kept for the period required by law, such as for contract and tax purposes.
4. Sharing with third parties
Your information is not shared with third parties, except where the law specifically requires it.

If a provider passes part of its work to another company, details are available in that provider’s own privacy policy. Any change of provider or role will be reflected here.
6. Transfers outside Korea
To receive and answer inquiries, your information is processed and stored outside Korea as listed below. This is a transfer needed for a consultation before a contract and disclosed in this policy (Article 28-8(1)3 of the Act).

When and how: over the network when you send the form or an email.
Retention: as in section 3.
If you don’t want this: you can call +82 10 9619 3372 instead of using the form or email. In that case your inquiry can’t be received by form or email.
7. Deletion
Once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, information is deleted without delay. Electronic files are erased so they can’t be recovered, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time by writing to [email protected]. Requests are handled without delay, and can also be made through a legal representative or someone you authorise.
9. Security
- All traffic to the website and the contact form is encrypted (HTTPS).
- Inquiries are read only by the owner of the studio.
- Automated spam submissions are filtered out.
- Inquiries past the retention period are deleted.
10. Cookies and analytics
The website uses your browser’s local storage to remember the light or dark theme and how the work list is shown. This stays on your device and is never sent to ADOPE.
Google Analytics is used to understand visits. It records the pages you view and their titles, the previous page, device and browser type, an approximate location based on your IP address, and how often contact links are clicked and inquiries are sent successfully. It uses cookies such as _ga. Names, contact details and messages from the form are never sent to Google Analytics, and no advertising features are used. Google LLC processes this information in the United States. User-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months, without extending the user-data retention period when new activity occurs. Expired data is removed through Google’s monthly deletion process. This retention setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out with Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Opting out doesn’t affect your use of the site or the contact form.
